I am SUCH a failure :(
I binged like 2 nights in a row
so i’ll start tomorrow (monday) and have a fresh start
so typical of me, grrrrrrrr :(

I’m going to fast on monday and tuesday because no one will be home to notice
so hopefully that goes okay.

I begin my weightloss journey today
I would love to post a picture of me now but it’s just too humiliating so please give me a few weeks.

My start weight is 76kg (huge, I know) and by the end of this I hope to get to 62kg
My height is 5’6

Please support me and send me nice things.. or mean things
